Please read these terms carefully before using dhk33. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to every clause below.
These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("Player", "User") and dhk33 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your use of the dhk33 website, mobile site, games, sports betting services, promotional offers and all related features available at dhk33.vip. These T&C are written in clear English and apply equally to all players accessing dhk33 from Bangladesh, including players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh and Cox's Bazar. dhk33 reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If you do not agree to these T&C in their entirety, you must not use dhk33 in any capacity. These T&C should be read alongside the dhk33 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and dhk33. In the event of any inconsistency between a specific promotional offer's terms and these general T&C, the specific offer's terms shall take precedence in respect of that offer only. All monetary amounts on dhk33 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) unless otherwise stated.

1. Acceptance of Terms
The conditions under which your use of dhk33 constitutes binding acceptance of these T&C.
Clause 1.1
Agreement by Use
By accessing dhk33.vip, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or using any feature of the platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these T&C in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these T&C, you must immediately cease using dhk33 and close your account by contacting support at [email protected].
Clause 1.2
Amendments
dhk33 reserves the right to amend, modify, update or replace any part of these T&C at any time and without prior notice. The revised T&C will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of dhk33 after any change to these T&C constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. dhk33 may, at its discretion, notify users of material changes via the contact information registered on their accounts.
Clause 1.3
Applicable Jurisdiction
These T&C and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. dhk33 makes no representation that the services offered on this platform are available or lawful in all jurisdictions. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to ensure that use of dhk33 is lawful in the Player's jurisdiction before registering or making any use of the platform. dhk33 shall not be liable for any Player's violation of local laws.
2. Account Registration and Eligibility
Requirements for opening and maintaining a dhk33 account, including age verification and identity requirements.
Clause 2.1
Minimum Age Requirement
Membership of dhk33 is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. dhk33 enforces this restriction through KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification, which requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document such as a National ID card or passport. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended. Any balance in a suspended underage account will be dealt with in accordance with dhk33's internal policy, which may include forfeiture of winnings.
Clause 2.2
One Account Per Person
Each player is permitted to hold only one active dhk33 account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names or contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these T&C. dhk33 uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that individual may be closed and any balances, pending withdrawals and bonuses may be forfeited without notice.
Clause 2.3
Account Security and Password
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dhk33 account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. dhk33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact dhk33 support immediately at [email protected]. All sessions on dhk33 are protected by SSL encryption. dhk33 staff will never ask for your password.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
Rules governing all financial transactions at dhk33, including payment methods, limits, processing times and KYC requirements.
Clause 3.1
Accepted Payment Methods and Deposit Limits
dhk33 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile wallet methods and ৳500 for card payments. Maximum deposit limits are determined by the Player's account tier and KYC verification status and are displayed in the Player's account dashboard. dhk33 does not charge fees on deposits made via bKash, Nagad or Rocket. Processing fees imposed by third-party payment providers are the sole responsibility of the Player. All deposits must be funded from a payment source owned and registered in the Player's own name.
Clause 3.2
Withdrawal Policy and Processing Times
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that is registered in the Player's own name and has been used to make at least one deposit on the account. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. For KYC-verified accounts, bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Rocket withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes. Bank transfers to Bangladeshi banks including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and Sonali Bank are processed within 1 to 3 hours. dhk33 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity.
Clause 3.3
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy
dhk33 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All deposit and withdrawal transactions are monitored. dhk33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds for any transaction it deems suspicious. Where dhk33 has reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, it will take appropriate action including suspending the relevant account, withholding funds and reporting the matter to the appropriate authorities. Players may not use dhk33 accounts to process transactions on behalf of third parties.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
The rules governing all bonus offers, free spins, welcome bonuses and promotional campaigns at dhk33.
Clause 4.1
General Bonus Rules
All bonuses and promotional offers at dhk33 are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and any game-specific contribution rates are stated in the individual offer's terms, which are displayed in the Player's account at the time the offer is claimed. dhk33 bonuses are issued in BDT. All bonus balances are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met. dhk33 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without notice.
Clause 4.2
Welcome Bonus
New players at dhk33 who complete account registration and KYC verification are eligible for the welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to the wagering requirement specified at the time of the offer and displayed in the account dashboard. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per Player, per household and per device. Players who are found to have created multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times will have all associated accounts suspended and all bonus funds forfeited. The welcome bonus may not be claimed in conjunction with any other first-deposit promotion unless explicitly stated.
Clause 4.3
Abuse of Bonuses
dhk33 operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, using automated software (bots) to fulfil wagering requirements, placing bets that hedge or minimise risk during a bonus wagering period, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms. Where dhk33 determines that a Player has abused any bonus or promotion, dhk33 may: immediately suspend the account, void all bonus funds and any winnings derived from them, and permanently ban the Player from future promotions.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Actions that are strictly forbidden at dhk33 and the consequences for violations.
Clause 5.1
Fraudulent and Dishonest Conduct
Players must not engage in any fraudulent, dishonest or criminal conduct in connection with their use of dhk33. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: providing false identity information during registration or KYC; using a stolen, unauthorised or fraudulently obtained payment method; attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game or bet through technical exploits, collusion or cheating software; engaging in chargebacks on deposits made to dhk33; and knowingly depositing funds derived from illegal activity. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the above will have their account immediately and permanently suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
Clause 5.2
Technical Exploitation and Software Restrictions
Players may not use any software, tool, script, bot, crawler or automated system that interacts with the dhk33 platform in a way not intended for normal human use. Players may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or gain unauthorised access to any part of the dhk33 platform. Players may not exploit any bug, glitch, error or technical vulnerability in the platform's software or games. Where a Player exploits such an error to obtain winnings, dhk33 reserves the right to void those winnings and recover any amounts paid out in error, regardless of whether the Player acted knowingly or unknowingly.
6. Responsible Gaming, Account Suspension and Closure
dhk33's commitment to responsible gaming and the circumstances under which accounts may be suspended or closed.
Clause 6.1
Responsible Gaming Tools
dhk33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. Players may request deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Once a self-exclusion is in place, dhk33 will use all reasonable technical means to prevent the excluded Player from accessing their account or opening a new account. Clause 6.2
Account Suspension by dhk33
dhk33 reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account at any time, with or without notice, where it reasonably determines that: the Player has breached these T&C; the Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC; the Player's account is involved in fraudulent, suspicious or illegal activity; continued operation of the account poses a risk to dhk33, to other players or to the integrity of the platform. On suspension, the account balance will be reviewed. Where no breach of T&C is established, any remaining balance less applicable deductions will be returned to the Player via the most recent verified payment method.
Clause 6.3
Voluntary Account Closure
A Player may request the closure of their dhk33 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before the account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Any bonus balance that has not yet met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited on account closure. Once an account has been closed at the Player's request, the Player may apply to re-open the account after a minimum cooling-off period of 30 days, subject to dhk33's discretion and full re-KYC verification.
7. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law
The extent of dhk33's liability to players and the legal framework governing these T&C.
Clause 7.1
Platform Availability and Service Interruptions
dhk33 aims to provide uninterrupted access to the platform 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, dhk33 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and shall not be liable for any loss arising from downtime, technical faults, maintenance windows, internet outages or circumstances beyond dhk33's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, network failures and third-party service provider outages. dhk33 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of scheduled maintenance via the platform or by email where practicable.
Clause 7.2
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dhk33's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these T&C or the Player's use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. dhk33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity, even if dhk33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these T&C limits or excludes dhk33's liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Clause 7.3
Entire Agreement and Severability
These T&C, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and dhk33 with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings between the parties in relation to that subject matter. If any provision of these T&C is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of dhk33 to enforce any provision of these T&C shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
